Some fruits and vegetables consistently carry much higher pesticide residues than others.
That is why I prioritize organic for the “Dirty Dozen”:
🍓 strawberries
🥬 spinach & kale
🍑 peaches & nectarines
🍎 apples
🍇 grapes
🫐 blueberries
🌶️ peppers
🫛 green beans
🍒 cherries
🍐 pears

For many other foods, conventional options are often perfectly reasonable.

Nutrition should not become financial stress.

The goal is not perfection.
The goal is reducing toxic load where it matters most, while still eating plenty of plants.

Smart > extreme.
